Project Overview
Dentree, an award-winning Dental Practice Marketing agency in the United Kingdom, aimed to scale its operations while maintaining high-performance marketing outcomes for its clients. To achieve this, the agency required an optimized approach to managing multiple Google Ads accounts efficiently, alongside strategic consulting on scaling processes and workflow automation.
Our role involved managing and optimizing 10+ Google Ads accounts, refining workflows, and developing a highly efficient ad campaign template for seamless scaling. Through data-driven marketing strategies, automation implementation, and structured optimization, we enhanced Dentree’s ad performance, ensuring sustainable growth and improved client acquisition for the agency.
Challenges & Solutions
1. Difficulty in Outbidding Competitors for Traffic
- Problem: Competitors were consistently securing the top positions in search results, capturing the majority of traffic.
- Solution: Implemented an aggressive "Target Impression Share: 100% Absolute Top" bidding strategy, ensuring the client’s ads always appeared in the #1 position, effectively dominating search visibility.
2. Low Call Volume from Ads
- Problem: The client was receiving very few inbound calls despite running paid campaigns.
- Solution: Shifted focus to Call-Only Ads on mobile devices, which were tested and confirmed to be the most effective format for generating calls in local services.
3. Difficulty in Implementing Fixes Across 10+ Accounts Simultaneously
- Problem: Managing and updating multiple Google Ads accounts manually was inefficient and time-consuming.
- Solution: Leveraged Google Ads Editor, a desktop application that allowed bulk editing and duplication of changes across all accounts, significantly streamlining campaign management.
4. Updating CPC for 100s of Keywords
- Problem: Manually adjusting CPC for a large number of keywords was inefficient.
- Solution: Created a Google Sheets-based system that followed the Google Ads template, enabling seamless bulk keyword updates and synchronization with ad accounts.
5. Optimizing Targeting for Local Outreach
- Problem: It was challenging to estimate the potential reach within the target area and determine the optimal ad radius.
- Solution: Used interactive UK maps to analyze population density in different areas, optimizing the ad targeting radius for maximum outreach efficiency.
