Foxy AI launched as an AI Girlfriend app, transforming real influencers into virtual AI models where users could chat and unlock NSFW content. It later evolved into an AI image generator, allowing users to create photorealistic AI images of themselves in various styles and settings.

Our agency was brought on to develop a scalable marketing strategy, focusing on Google Ads coordination, AI influencer growth, conversion tracking, affiliate program development, and viral marketing tactics. Through competitor research, social media branding, chatbot-driven engagement, and automated outreach, we optimized Foxy AI’s acquisition funnel, driving sustainable traffic, conversions, and influencer partnerships.

Challenges & Solutions

1. Researching Competitor Traffic Sources

  • Problem: Lack of insight into competitor traffic sources and effective marketing channels.
  • Solution: Conducted competitor analysis and backlink research using the /ref? affiliate tag to identify projects promoted by affiliate marketers. Discovered marketing opportunities on AI aggregator websites, ad spaces on forums, and niche platforms. Reached out to these sources with offers to purchase placements and secure strategic partnerships.

2. Growing AI Influencer Accounts on Instagram

  • Problem: Business had multiple AI influencer personas on Instagram but lacked a strategy to grow their following.
  • Solution: Researched the most successful AI influencers and analyzed their audience. Used automation tools like V-User bot to engage with and follow their followers via DMs, encouraging them to subscribe. This guided users from the influencer’s profile to the project website via the bio link, increasing traffic and conversions.

3. Establishing a Cohesive Instagram Brand Identity

  • Problem: Unclear direction on how to position the brand on Instagram.
  • Solution: Developed a creative strategy for social media, using Playboy as an aspirational model. This ensured a premium, desirable aesthetic aligned with audience expectations and market trends.

4. Conversion Tracking & ROI Measurement for Paid Ads

  • Problem: Lack of an accurate tracking system to measure conversion value.
  • Solution: Developed a custom tracking setup by integrating CCBill, Hyros, and GTM. Captured ClickID from UTM parameters in a hidden field within the sign-up form, linking purchase values from CCBill to an in-house CRM via email identifiers. This data was then sent back to ad platforms, ensuring precise attribution and ROI measurement.

5. Creating an Effective Email Sequences

  • Problem: No structured email sequences to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Solution: Subscribed to competitors’ email lists using a separate email address to reverse-engineer their campaigns. Designed an optimized chat-style email sequence with short, mobile-friendly emails featuring sexy AI-generated images. The sequence encouraged engagement by offering nudes and interactive conversations, increasing conversions.

6. Developing an Affiliate & Referral Program

  • Problem: No structured affiliate or referral system to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Solution: Launched an in-house affiliate and referral program using FirstPromoter. Additionally, conducted in-depth research on adult traffic affiliate networks, ranking them based on niche offer volume. This allowed the brand to select the best networks and expand its affiliate presence, maximizing reach and profitability.
